We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with Velorae, you may return unopened or gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

• Product must be in resalable condition (unopened or minimally used)
• Original packaging preferred

How to Return

2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization
3. Ship the product to the address we provide
4. Include your order number and reason for return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Data Processing

Return-related communications and data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We retain return records as required by law.

Exceptions

Opened products that have been used beyond a reasonable trial amount may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to assess each return individually.
